ADVANTAGES

The wedge is the opening and closing parts of gate valve , the wedge direction of motion is perpendicular to fluid direction. The gate valve can't adjust or throttled ,it is can only be full open and close. The wedge has two seals and the seals form a wedge. Stainless steel gate valve including SS304 and SS316 etc. It is widely used in chemical, medicine, food machinery and other industry.

2. CNC lathe processing of internal parts, guaranteed accuracy
3. Heavy type valve body.
4. The surface between bonnet and stem will do pickling passivation treatment to avoid leakage.
5. The corrosion resistance was improved due to the body adopt pickling passivation treatment.
6. Each valve will be inspected for shell and seal pressure before leaving factory.
